3. Processing of Image and Text Data
The images you upload and the texts you enter ('prompts') are sent to the Google Generative AI API to generate poems. We do **not** permanently store these images and texts on our servers. The processing is volatile and solely for the purpose of poem creation. After generation, the data is discarded. Please also refer to Google's privacy policy.
4. Hosting and Firebase Analytics
This app is hosted via Firebase App Hosting (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). To improve our service, we use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics (e.g., which features are used, duration of stay). Data such as your IP address (in anonymized form) and interaction data are transferred to Google servers in the USA. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in the analysis and optimization of our app pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
